This isn't a meditation or a relaxation track.


It's a guided self-hypnosis session based on the principles of Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®).


Here's what that means:

While you're in a deeply relaxed state, I guide you through a process that speaks directly to your subconscious mind — the part of you that stores automatic beliefs, emotional patterns, and responses.


In this relaxed state, your subconscious becomes more receptive to new beliefs and perspectives. This is the same state your brain was in from ages 0-7 when you first learned beliefs about your worth, safety, and belonging.


During this 15-minute journey, you'll:

  • Enter a calm, focused state (you remain fully aware and in control)
  • Release tension, pressure, and self-judgment
  • Reframe limiting beliefs about your worth
  • Reinforce new, empowering beliefs through repetition and visualization


What it feels like: Most people describe it as deeply relaxing — similar to the feeling right before falling asleep, or being completely absorbed in a book or movie. You might feel emotional, peaceful, or sleepy. All of this is normal and part of the process.

HOW TO USE IT

Getting the most from your audio

Listen When Relaxed

Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Ideally, listen before bed when your brain is naturally entering a more receptive state.


Do NOT Listen While Driving

This audio is designed to relax you deeply. Never listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention.


Listen for 21 Days

Your subconscious mind learns through repetition — the same way these old beliefs were formed. For best results, listen daily for 21 consecutive days to reinforce the new neural pathways.


It's Okay to Fall Asleep

Falling asleep while listening doesn't diminish the effect. Your subconscious mind continues to absorb the suggestions even as you drift off.

FAQ

"Is hypnosis safe?"

Yes. Hypnosis is simply a deeply relaxed, focused state — similar to meditation or being absorbed in a book. You're fully aware and in control the entire time. You can open your eyes and stop listening whenever you choose.


"Can everyone be hypnotized?"

Yes. Hypnosis is a natural brain state you already experience daily (like right before falling asleep). As long as you're willing and open to the process, it will work.


"Will I remember it?"

Most people remember the audio clearly. Some people drift in and out or fall asleep — both are fine. Your subconscious is still receiving the suggestions even if your conscious mind wanders.


"How is this different from meditation?"

Meditation helps you observe your thoughts without attachment. Hypnosis actively rewrites subconscious beliefs and patterns. Both are valuable, but they serve different purposes.


"What if I don't feel anything?"
