Prior to your session, we’ll meet for an in-depth intake call. This conversation allows us to explore what’s troubling you and most importantly define your vision of life once you are free from this issue. This forms the foundation for your personalised transformation script, which I’ll prepare specifically for you.
Next, we will meet for your session. In a guided, deeply focused state, we access the subconscious mind to uncover the root cause of a pattern — not just its surface expression. By reframing the original belief at its source, the mind integrates new, empowering meanings that translate into visible, sustainable change in behaviour, emotion, and decision-making.
At the end of the session, you’ll receive your bespoke transformation recording, carefully refined to reflect the insights revealed by your subconscious.
Research shows that it takes around 21 days to rewire neural pathways — the same principle that underlies lasting habit change.
For the 20 days following your session (21 days including the session itself), you’ll listen to your personalised transformation recording at least once a day — ideally before sleep, when the mind is most receptive.
This step is essential, accounting for more than half of your transformation’s success. Consistency during this phase is what helps your new beliefs take root and blossom into lasting change.
You will break cycles that have persisted for years, not by forcing willpower, but by updating the subconscious programs that quietly shape your reality.
