Imposter Syndrome Is Not About Your Skills — It's About a Belief

Imposter syndrome is not a verdict about your competence — it is a subconscious belief about your worth, usually installed in childhood through conditional love. More achievement intensifies it. Rewriting the belief at its root is what actually dissolves it. You got the role. You earned the qualification. You have, by any reasonable external measure, arrived. And the voice in your head is whispering, with absolute conviction, that they got the wrong person. That it is only a matter of time before someone realises.
